Capabilities

We are able to offer a full range of maintenance services; on-site maintenance contracts, call outs or return to base repairs. In addition we keep a full stock of spare parts for the machines we maintain. Consumables for all products are readily available and are compatible with those of a number of other machines.

Maintenance & Repairs

IPT are justifiably proud of our maintenance capabilities. Our fully equipped workshops offer return to base repair as well as complete refurbishment of our printers. We are currently working towards ISO 9000 and we keep to rigorous standards in all our workshop procedures. Our factory trained technical team of field service engineers offer a range of contracts for maintenance and on-site support.

Spares

A full stock of parts is maintained in our workshops by IPT. Our Field Service Engineers carry those parts which proven experience has demonstrated are able to meet most faults normally encountered in the field.

Consumables

Consumables for all the printers featured on our website are normally available from stock. The consumables for the IPT 16ppm and 24ppm continuous laser printers are also fully compatible with other Pentax engine based models. Visit our Consumables pages to see a list of all compatible parts.
