Installation

IPT provide a full installation service for the products we supply. This ranges from simple unboxing and positioning to complete System configuration and operator training.

Charges for the various levels of service are detailed below, please call for a quotation for installation of multiple printers on one or more sites.

Level One Install

Unbox and position printer. Install all Accessories, Consumables and Optional items. Ensure satisfactory operation, print configuration report.

Time on-site: 1 Hour 30 mins

£150.00 per printer

Level Two Install

As per Level One + Key Operator training and familiarisation. Configure and test printer to customer's requirements.

Time on-site: 2 Hours 30 mins

£250.00 per printer

Level Three Install

As per Level Two + Configuration of printer onto Customer's Host System (requires presence of (or access to) authorised Systems/Network Manager/Supervisor).

Time on-site: 3 Hours 30 mins

£350.00 per printer

Excess time charged at £50.00 per hour or part thereof.
