At the core of these printers is the advanced Microplex Controller that provides high levels of compatibility and efficiency. Incorporating more than 20 print emulations including the industry standard laser control language HP-PCL5, the Microplex controller promises quick start up and easy installation to any system. Other emulations include Datamax, Printronix IGP-10 and PGL, HPGL (7475A) and Zebra ZPLii. The Microplex IDOL printer language is resident in all machines for a quick solution to new applications. This range also is compatible with SAP applications.

All printers are of rugged construction for the most demanding applications and the resolution of 300 dpi delivers top quality print images at speeds from 4" to 12" per second. Material length ranges from 5mm to 1 metre (39 inches).

Other options include Cutter and external rewinder.

Parallel, USB and Ethernet Interfaces are standard. IBM Twinax (SCS & IPDS) and Coax interfaces are optional. The printers can be configured through the clear two-line display on the printer or by using the Microplex configuration software via the bi-directional Ethernet interface.
