Microplex Solid 24e (Solid F24 in USA)
The Solid 24e is capable of printing 24 pages of continuous fanfold stationery per minute (the equivalent of 1600 lines per minute) and up to 50,000 A4 pages per month. When used with its optional stacking system, up to 2500 pages can be printed in one run without user intervention. scaleable and bitmap fonts are incorporated as appropriate for the chosen emulation and over 100 additional fonts including barcodes; EAN 8, 13, 128; Code 39 and 2/5 Interleaved, can be installed in the printer.
The printer is capable of taking paper weights from 60 g/m² to 160 g/m², with page length variable from 3" to 33". The fuser temperature is user-adjustable to ensure correct toner fusing on all paper types. The industry standard HP PCL5e emulation is used for maximum compatibility and to help in ensuring easy connectivity to all systems, including IPDS on IBM i-series and AS/400 systems. Printronix IGP is available as an option.
